At Bsshome, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched.
If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, you will receive a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still return the item in accordance with our return policy.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as received
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team to obtain the correct return address. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom-made or personalised products
Items damaged due to misuse
Items returned beyond the 14-day withdrawal period

5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
6. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
