Tailored to the shopping needs of users in different regions worldwide and combined with the brand's standardized global shipping service system, we have formulated the following service policy. It covers the entire process from order placement to after-sales rights protection, clarifying service scope, guarantee standards, and communication channels. This ensures that whether you are in Oceania, North America, Asia, Europe, South America, or Africa, you can enjoy consistent and reliable service support without worrying about various issues during the shopping process. This policy does not involve online customer service, membership benefits, discounts, or points. 1. Order Services: Full-Process Guarantee from Placement to Shipment

The email includes key information such as order number, product details, delivery address, payment amount, and shipping method. If you need to modify the delivery address, adjust the product model or quantity, you must submit an application via email at customer@bsshome.com within 1 hour of placing the order (please specify the order number and specific modification requirements). If the order has entered the preparation stage after 1 hour, no further modifications can be made.

Preparation and Shipment Timeframe: Non-customised products (regular styles of shirts, dresses, and pants) will be prepared and transferred to the logistics department within 1-2 working days after you complete the payment. Customised products (such as special sizes or embroidered designs) will follow the preparation cycle indicated on the product details page (usually 5-7 working days) and will be shipped immediately after preparation. Once shipped, the logistics tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email simultaneously. You can check the real-time shipping status of the package through the link or by logging into "Check Order" on the official website.

Order Cancellation Rules: If you need to cancel an order, you must apply when the order status shows "Pending Preparation" (within 24 hours of placing the order for non-customized products, and within 12 hours for customized products). If the order has been prepared or shipped, it cannot be canceled directly, and you need to process the return in accordance with the return policy after receiving the package. 2. After-Sales Guarantee: Covering Return/Exchange and Issue Resolution

  1. Exchange Service Description: Currently, Bsshome does not support direct exchanges. If you need to exchange the product model, color, or style, you must first return the original product in accordance with the return policy. After the return is inspected and approved and the refund is completed, you can place a new order to purchase the target product. If the order amount of the new order meets the free shipping conditions of the corresponding region , you can still enjoy free shipping services.

Product Quality Issue Resolution: If the product you receive has non-human-caused quality issues (such as fabric damage, loose stitching, size inconsistency with the order, etc.), you must submit evidence of the issue (including detailed product photos, order screenshots, and package photos) via email within 48 hours of signing for the package. We will verify the issue within 2 working days and provide solutions: you can choose a full refund (including product amount and paid shipping fee), re-shipment of the product (subject to stock availability). The specific solution can be determined through negotiation based on your needs.

3. Logistics Assistance: Support for Issues During Global Shipping

  1. Logistics Information Inquiry Assistance: If you do not receive the logistics tracking number after the order is shipped, or cannot view the logistics status through the tracking link, you can send an email to customer@bsshome.com with the order number. We will assist in contacting the logistics provider to inquire and synchronize the latest logistics information. In some regions, due to delays in the logistics provider's system, logistics information updates may be delayed (usually no more than 24 hours). We recommend that you wait patiently and check again later.

Customs Clearance Support: If the package is detained due to customs clearance issues (such as requiring additional identification documents or payment of customs duties) during cross-border shipping, the logistics provider will contact you directly to handle it. You can also inform us of the customs clearance obstruction via email, and we will provide customs clearance guidance (such as templates for required documents and contact information of local customs) to assist you in completing customs clearance smoothly. Please note that customs duties and import taxes shall be borne by you, and the specific amount shall be determined by the local customs.

Abnormal Package Handling: If you encounter situations such as the package showing "Delivered" but not actually received, damaged package appearance, missing products, or incorrect shipment, you must provide feedback within 24 hours of discovering the issue. For undelivered packages, you can provide a screenshot of the logistics delivery record to apply for the logistics provider to verify the delivery address and recipient. For damaged packages or abnormal products, you need to provide photos of the package appearance, internal items, and order screenshots. We will assist in contacting the logistics provider for claims and provide you with solutions such as re-shipment or refund.

4. Payment and Account Support
